Today I got a tip from a friend that it is a good idea to write down those things that have a negative influence on you, like worry, stress, procrastination, money problems etc on a paper.
Then you will burn that paper and your negative influences will disappear, hopefully. My friend promise that it will work. I’m not fully convinced, but hopefully some day this year I will be.
A small tip how to reach your goals
Make a to do list of about 6 needed actions to be done every day that are aligned with your goal. Keep these lists in a small notebook.
