New Internet Marketing Year 2009

January 1st, 2009

When I’m writing this the New Internet Marketing Year is only 30 minutes old.

Think what great opportunities that you can decide to have right now and through the whole year. Improve and tweak it for the following years and you will have the success you are made for.

Decide being productive, decide to take action, decide to help people. Do it step by step and you end up in big business.

And every business needs Internet Marketing. It doesn’t matter if your product is top of the line. You will not succeed if you don’t have the right Internet Marketing strategies.

End the negative energies
Today I got a tip from a friend that it is a good idea to write down those things that have a negative influence on you, like worry, stress, procrastination, money problems etc on a paper.

Then you will burn that paper and your negative influences will disappear, hopefully. My friend promise that it will work. I’m not fully convinced, but hopefully some day this year I will be.

A small tip how to reach your goals
Make a to do list of about 6 needed actions to be done every day that are aligned with your goal. Keep these lists in a small notebook. If some of the actions is still undone transfer it for the next day. When doing this you will have your actions made and develop yourself and your business. You will expand instead of getting stucked in the same spot.

I wish you all a Happy New Year!!
/Ali

    Hi Ali,

    Happy New Year To You

I’ve tried a similar thing in the past and it does work to a certain extent. Anything is worth a try, isn’t it?

    Good Luck with your marketing.

    Best wishes

    Hey Ali!

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. :)

As for keeping on track, I took a few days off work on the blog to visualize the end result I want and plan backwards. It take some work, but gotta have plans or all will be for naught. :)

    All the Best!

    Regards,

    Hi Jean and Erwin,
thanks for your comments about using plans and eliminating negative influences. Good to know that it is working for some of us. It is well worth trying these small things, it should work for everyone.

It only take little extra time to make up our plans. Good idea making the plan backwards. I will ask myself questions what we want our blogs to grow up to. Are our blogs high traffic blogs? Are our blogs highly recommended sites for internet marketing tips? Are our blogs making big influences on internet? And more.

Myself have still not written down my plans and my to do lists. It is in my head. But the first day of 2009 have been very good. Not so productive with internet marketing or other online work. Offline life have been very good. Have been outside skating with whole family. Almost first time ever. And winter weather is now real winter weather, not rain and dark as earlier.

It is a good start for 2009. I needed this day to get my mind in order and soon I am prepared to write down plans and to do lists.

I wish you the best 2009 ever, Ali

    Hi Jeffrey
thanks for your kind words. There are a lot of valuable information on our blogs. I will go through all Alex Jeffreys students blogs and collect the information I need.

Until today I have only visited some of the blogs very quickly. But I have learned a lot, not only about internet marketing, from my short time at other students blogs. You almost learn how to live your life in another way.

Important when it is so many things that is possible to do is to make the list of the 6 most important to do´s for your goal everyday. Otherwize you may end up doing everything at the same time and nothing really gets done. (I am in this situation because I’m too curious about everything)

Congratulations for your good results with your Squidoo lenses. I will look more in detail how to write a good Squidoo lens.

(There was an incorrect link to one of your Squidoo lenses, it is now corrected)

I wish you the very best internet marketing year 2009
    /Ali
