Sure glad i stopped by to visit just now to notice this post.
I have not yet been able to make any of the conference calls and find myself trailing each week by 1-2 days before i can get to the information and to boot when i can actually get to the information i am working! So frustrating when i could compete in these contests.
So thanks for posting this because it contains all i need to know to get started

Good if you can take action. Create content for your site about what we have learned from Alex Jeffreys. Even if we write about the same content we will find our own niches. Find is maybe wrong word, our blogs and sites will grew up to our own niches. Also theres so much content to write about.
I checked your blog and it looks very good and I feel the same as you. So many things to do that you end up in doing many things at a time.
Stay focus on what you do. Do it step by step or with massive action. Then you will have your own business running.
